Placing an Order

Browse the collection, add items to your cart, and go to checkout. Then enter your shipping and payment details, review your order, and confirm. After that, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay with Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All payments use encryption for security.

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

Shipping Option

Shipping Options

Standard U.S. shipping costs $6.99 and usually arrives in 3–5 business days. Orders over $150 ship free with Standard. For faster delivery, choose Express $10.99 with estimated arrival in 1–3 business days. We currently ship within the U.S.

Occasionally, yes. Watch for limited-time promotions and curated bundles. Sign up for emails so you don’t miss them.

Confidential Shipping

Absolutely. We ship in plain, unbranded boxes with no product names on the outside. Inside, you’ll find a sealed SOVAA Touch box.

Billing Statement Privacy

Your bank statement will show SOVAA only. Product details do not appear.

Product Warranty

They come with a limited guarantee against manufacturing defects. Please report any defect within 7 days of delivery and include unboxing photo or video proof. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Return & Refund Policy

You may return items within 30 days if they are unused, unopened, and sealed. Contact support to start an RMA. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Wash with warm water and a gentle toy cleaner. Then dry with a soft cloth and store in a cool, dry place.

Waterproof & Water-Resistant Design

Most SOVAA products are fully waterproof, while some are water-resistant. This means you can enjoy them in the shower, but always check the product details for confirmation.

Product Storage

Store your SOVAA product in its original box or a clean pouch. Keep it away from direct sunlight, dust, or extreme temperatures. This way, the product stays safe and lasts longer.

Charging Your Product

Charge your product with the USB cable included in the box. Insert the cable into the charging port and connect it to any USB adapter. Once fully charged, the indicator light will turn off.
